We’re all about smooth service (and smooth skin). Here’s everything you need to know about getting your Shaka goodies delivered, and what to do if you need to send something back.
Delivery Information
We currently ship across the UK and Europe using Royal Mail postal services.
UK Orders
- Royal Mail 24: 1–2 business days
- Royal Mail 48: 2–4 business days
- Free Delivery: Orders over £50
European Orders
- Standard international shipping via Royal Mail
- Delivery times vary by country
- Please allow up to 7–10 business days for delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day so you’ll be sudsing up in no time. You’ll get a confirmation email once your order is on the way.
Tax & Duties
We’re not currently VAT registered, so no tax is charged on your order. If you’re ordering from outside the UK, your local customs authority may charge import tax or duties on delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns Policy
We hope you love every bar, but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
A few things to note:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging. No soggy soap please!
- If the item is faulty or damaged, we’ll cover return postage. For all other returns, postage costs are your responsibility.
To start a return, just email us at hello@shakasoaps.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll get back to you with next steps.
